I am a 30-something single lady. I love lavender and anything bright. I love walking under the sun but is not keen on waking up early. I can think more clearly at night, when everyone's snoring and dead to the world. Coffee and hot choco keeps me going. I love the sound of rain, laughter, my laptop's keys...Smile.

Sweet smile 
Don‘t cry because it is over, smile because it happened.
I saw that somewhere and it inspired me. There’s some bitterness in me about this former friend and when I saw her at FB, I realized that I thought I am over it but I’m not. I still regret it. I am still not over the fact that I lost a great friendship over my stupidity. It’s over…
And then I saw that quote.
It made me realize that I should let go of the bitterness and instead rejoice over the fact that it happened. It was a blessing in its own twisted way. I should celebrate the fact that I once enjoyed the company of someone who turned me into a more God-fearing person that I am right now.
Smile. Let the bitterness ooze out of your every pore and concentrate on the positive that’s left within.

Ah … that’s one of MY favorite quotes ever! It’s certainly a reminder that we have a choice about how we respond to everything.
