Friday Frustrations: Internet connection

I have never been happy with my internet connection. In the first few months that it was installed, the connection was really great. Then it declined eventually. I cannot, for the life of me, fathom why my internet service provider cannot do anything about it. They said that they are doing their best to improve the quality of their service but I don’t think so.
Today, since noon, my internet connection went kaput. It will be back by 5pm according to the customer service rep I talked to. Hopefully.
It is frustrating to live in a country where there are only a handful of internet service providers you can choose from. And the one that I have right now should have been the best among those handful.
I am hoping, and actually campaigning for this to happen, that more ISP companies will open in the future. More competition would mean better service and lower rates!

That can be soooo frustrating. I use to have an internet service provider that gave me all sorts of problems. Luckily, I was able to change to a provider that is so far (cross fingers) so good.
Any problems computer related is annoying.

I hear yah, I feel the same with my internet provider, which is why I’m switching to another one, asap. I swear the people in the customer service hotline know me already by how many times I call them every week. Hang in there, I’m sure a better internet service provider will come your way soon..

I’m not fully satisfied with our Internet provider. I can’t do anything about it because there’s no other choice.
